Due to the passing of excessive mandatory spay/neuter ordinances and other anti dog legislation in many communities, I will thoroughly research the relevant ordinances in the communities of potential Covenant English Setter homes/owners. I will not place a puppy/dog with owners who live in areas with anti-dog ordinances on their books. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please email me and I will be happy to discuss this with you further. However, I will not waiver on my placement policies as I have the ultimate well being of my dogs as my highest priority.
